Job Title: Charity Services Team Leader

Founded and entirely based in Sheffield our charity operates across the UK, growing significantly over recent years. The demand for our work is overwhelming, with requests for support increasing ten-fold over the past few years. Support Dogs provides all of its services free of charge and relies entirely on voluntary donations.

We are looking for someone to lead our charity services team. This our team of 5 staff who support the day to day administration of our charity, responding to calls and emails from supporting enquirers and applicants to our services, volunteers and supporters. The charity services team support in passing these on to the relevant colleagues in our client services, dog training, volunteering and fundraising team. Charity services also provide administration support for these teams where needed to enable the charity to operate effectively and efficiently.

The Charity Services Team Leaders role is to act as a conduit between the Senior Leadership and Charity Services. Responsible for managing the Charity Services Team, delegating tasks, agreeing workloads, assessing performance, and reporting on developments.
