PLEASE NOTE: Before reaching out to ADUK, please be aware that we are not able to register or certify dogs. This includes not being able to offer any form of identification for individuals wishing to fly with their dog.

ADUK does not train or provide assistance dogs as this is done by our member organisations who each deal with their own applications. Please bear this in mind when deciding whether to include personal medical or sensitive information in any messages you send to us.

Whilst we can provide information we are unable to provide legal advice or support to individuals who experience access issues.

General Enquiry

Before reaching out to ADUK, please be aware that we are not able to register or certify dogs. This includes not being able to offer any form of identification for individuals wishing to fly with their dog. Due to the high volume of emails we receive regarding registration or certification, during peak periods, we may not be able to respond to such enquiries.
